There's no point in continuing on if you do not. First of all, you need to write down your dreams to study them later. But, more than that, obtaining a dream journal is a personal statement of commitment to recalling and working with your dreams. By making this commitment, you plant in yourself the suggestion that you will in fact recall your dreams. If you are someone who almost never recalls dreams, you may have found that the very next morning after obtaining your journal that you recalled one or even more dreams.
