Hojo Soun was a prominent daimyo of the Sengoku period in Japan, born in 1432 and died in 1519. Known for his military prowess and governing abilities, he was the third head of the Hojo clan. During his reign, he consolidated the Hojo's rule in the Kanto region and expanded their influence.
