Ibn Saud, full name Abdulaziz ibn Abdul Rahman Al Saud, was the founder of Saudi Arabia. Born on January 15, 1876, in the Najd region, he passed away on November 9, 1953. Through a series of military conquests and political alliances, he unified scattered tribes and established the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
