
Richard D. Zanuck
Richard D. Zanuck (December 13, 1934 - July 13, 2012) was a legendary American film producer and one of the most influential figures in Hollywood history. The son of studio mogul Darryl F. Zanuck, he produced over 60 films during his 50-year career, including iconic blockbusters like Jaws and The Sting. He won two Academy Awards for Best Picture and was credited with helping establish the summer blockbuster era. Zanuck passed away in Beverly Hills at age 77.
