Maxfield Parrish Biography

Maxfield Parrish was an American painter known for his dreamlike landscapes and portraits. Born on July 25, 1870, in Ogden, New York, he spent much of his career in New York City. Parrish's work was characterized by its meticulous detail and vibrant colors, often featuring idealized scenes of nature and mythology. His paintings were highly sought after by collectors and have been featured in numerous exhibitions. He passed away on March 30, 1966.
