Preneet Kaur (born October 3, 1944) is a senior Indian politician and former Union Minister of State for External Affairs. A member of the Indian National Congress, she has served multiple terms as a Member of Parliament for the Patiala constituency in Punjab. Known for her work in foreign affairs and women's empowerment, she is the daughter-in-law of former President Giani Zail Singh and wife of former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
