Rafik Hariri, born on November 1, 1944, in Beirut, Lebanon, was a prominent political figure and businessman. He served as Prime Minister of Lebanon three times. Hariri was a key figure in Lebanon's modern business and politics, known as the founder of one of Lebanon's largest private companies. He was assassinated on February 14, 2005, in Beirut.
