Rebecca Onie (born 1977) is an American social entrepreneur and health equity advocate. She is the co-founder and CEO of Health Leads, an organization that integrates social needs like food, housing, and employment into healthcare to improve outcomes for low-income patients. Onie focuses on addressing social determinants of health and shifting healthcare from treatment to prevention. She received a MacArthur 'Genius Grant' and was named one of Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People.
