Her notable works include the A-Z series of furniture and living units, such as the A-Z Homestead Unit and A-Z Cellular Compartment Units. Zittel's work has been exhibited globally, including at the Venice Biennale and Whitney Biennial, and she has received honors such as the Guggenheim Fellowship. Her practice has profoundly influenced contemporary art's reexamination of everyday life.
