Ruffin McNeill (born October 8, 1958) is an American college football coach known for his expertise as a defensive coordinator and head coach. He served as head coach at East Carolina University (ECU) from 2010 to 2015 and held defensive coordinator roles at Texas Tech, Florida, Virginia, and Mississippi State. McNeill is respected for his player development, tactical innovation, and leadership.
