Salvatore Scibona (born June 2, 1975) is an American novelist known for his poignant explorations of immigrant experiences and family ties. His debut novel, The End (2008), was a finalist for the National Book Award for Fiction. Scibona's work often centers on Italian-American perspectives, delving into themes of identity, belonging, and memory. He has taught at the Iowa Writers' Workshop and served as an editor for The Paris Review. Currently, he teaches in the creative writing program at the University of Minnesota.
