Theodore Ts'o (born 1968) is an American software engineer known for his contributions to the Linux kernel and file systems. He is the primary developer of the ext2, ext3, and ext4 file systems, which are fundamental to Linux. Ts'o has also worked on DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC) within the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). He currently works at Google, maintaining and developing the Linux kernel.
