Uday Hussein (June 18, 1964 – July 22, 2003) was the eldest son of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. He served as chairman of the Iraqi Olympic Committee and the Iraqi Football Association, and controlled the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Known for his brutality and lavish lifestyle, he had a strained relationship with his brother Qusay due to power struggles. During the 2003 Iraq War, he was killed by U.S. forces in Mosul.
