Vincent Schiavelli (November 11, 1948 – December 26, 2005) was an American actor and food writer, known for his distinctive appearance due to Marfan syndrome. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he stood about 6 feet 6 inches tall with deep-set eyes. Schiavelli appeared in over 100 films and TV shows, including iconic roles in 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' (1975) as Frederickson and 'Casper' (1995) as a ghostbuster. He also authored a cookbook, 'Bruculinu, America', celebrating Sicilian-American cuisine. Schiavelli died of lung cancer in Sicily at age 57.
