Roger Hilsman
Roger Hilsman (November 23, 1919 – February 23, 2014) was an American Army general, military strategist, and policy advisor. He served in World War II and later became a key military advisor in the Kennedy administration, playing a significant role in shaping U.S. counterinsurgency strategy and foreign policy. Hilsman made substantial contributions to American military theory and wrote several influential books on military strategy.
