Kenneth G. Elzinga (born 1942) is an American economist and professor of economics at the University of Virginia, specializing in industrial organization, antitrust economics, and law and economics. He is known for his contributions to antitrust policy, including the development of the Elzinga-Hogarty test for geographic market definition. He served as the chief economist of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in 1975-1976.
