Oriana Fallaci (June 29, 1930 – September 15, 2006) was an Italian journalist and author, renowned for her aggressive and incisive interviewing style. Born in Florence, she fought in the Italian resistance during World War II before becoming a journalist. She interviewed numerous world leaders, including Deng Xiaoping, Henry Kissinger, and Yasser Arafat, often challenging them with tough questions. Her works, such as 'Interview with History' and 'The Rage and the Pride,' have left a lasting impact.
