He was deeply involved in the Zionist movement before the establishment of the State of Israel and quickly rose to prominence as a political leader after the country's independence. As Israel's first Foreign Minister and second Prime Minister, Sharett advocated for peace and stability in the region, promoting diplomatic relations with Arab countries.
