“I love to bake. I like to bake with wheat and try not to eat sugar so I use applesauce instead, which probably sounds really gross. When I was doing the promos we included tomatoes, mangoes, rice - all the different ways you can eat them - and we were able to incorporate some of the recipes I've learned, like a spinach mango salad.
