Thomas Noon Talfourd (1795-1854) was an English judge, writer, and dramatist who served as a Justice of the Court of King's Bench. He was also a literary critic and close friend of Charles Dickens, supporting the famous author during his early career. His tragedy "Ion" was successfully performed in London in 1835.
