“How does the bird come and go
(Sufi Scientist Sonnet, 1300)
How does the bird come and go,
In and out of this bodily cage!
So long as you nourish it with love,
Who cares about some mythical fate!
Cages are born of dust,
In dust cages will wither.
Yet you sob in love of cage,
Oblivious to the endangered flier!
With all knowledge of cosmic building blocks,
How come you still cannot put an end to war!
With all your high and mighty technocracy,
How come children still starve and suffer!
I say, put your intellect aside for a change,
First unfold a human heart outside the cage.
Otherwise, your posterboys of superficiality,
Will turn this world into a wreck of cages.”

“You'll never fathom the vastness of my mind, with your puny binary eyes of belief and disbelief - capitalism and socialism - democracy and autocracy - logicality and sentimentality.”

“Tolerance, tolerance, tolerance!
Nay - acceptance, acceptance, acceptance!
Accept people for who they are,
to change them never you desire!
To see love, you gotta be love incarnate.”

“Humanity is a thin overlay, which can be maintained in a suitable ambience, but easily peeled off under straining or stressful conditions.”
“Even the blind can see the light of growth,
Yet those with eyes are lost in convenience.
Even the deaf can hear the music of ascension,
Yet those with ears are lost in presumptions.”

Real problem is hate born of division.
Divisionists will divide no matter the excuse,
Stand up, not to differences, but to differentiation.”

Civilization is set back a hundred years.
Object of existence is the unfolding of life,
Not the worship of spiritless structures.”
