“TOUGH MEN DON'T CRY -Dr Gorakh Bobde The world has always created a fallacy about men being tough and that "THEY DON'T CRY." Tears is often considered a sign of weakness, that emotions are a liability, and that machoism is defined by stoicism. However, the reality is that suppressing emotions does not make a man stronger it makes him vulnerable to mental health struggles, relationship failures, and severe irreparable long-term consequences on mental health. Tough men do not have to be emotionless machines. Tough men feel, and tough men cry when challenged with certain situations. Crying is not a gender based emotional weakness but a psychology release mechanism response to pain, grief, stress or when we are overwhelmed by emotions. When we "bottle up" our feelings. This forced emotional silence is heavy and harmful. Though on the surface everything looks calm but it's under currents are felt deep within, It's like carrying a alive volcano inside. When we cannot express pain through tears or any other emotions they may mask it with anger or aggression and our emotional imbalance. Allowing men to cry is not about making them less masculine, it is about allowing them to be fully human. "Tough men" do not have to be emotionless machines. Tough men feel, and Tough men cry when life seems very hard on them. It is important to understand that expressing emotions is a sign of strength, not weakness, contrary to outdated societal pressures and flawed reasoning. So next time if you feel like crying, Cry out loud, don't bottle up emotions and feelings. Remember, Strength isn’t just about what you carry. It’s knowing when to put it down, Just because it ain't feeling heavy now, don't carry unnecessary emotional luggage for a lifetime. TOUGH MEN DO CRY, that's OK !!”

It is established that the first three invariably impact the fourth.”

“And above all,” Darian concluded, his gaze unwavering but hopeful, “Elian must come to understand—truly understand, not merely as an idea but as a conviction he lives by—that the life he has been given is not his alone. Every choice he makes either honors those who came before or diminishes their sacrifice. Every act either brightens or dims the path for those who follow. When he stands at life’s crossroads, let him ask not ‘What will this gain me?’ but ‘What light will this leave when I am gone?’ Let him plant seeds whose shade he’ll never sit under. For in the end, we are each but one chapter in humanity’s endless book—and I believe with all my heart that his will be one that future generations turn to for courage.”
