Lucifer cast out of heaven because he wanted to be like God (he glorified self), not because he did a sin (angels were created not to be able to sin). He then tempted Adam with that self glory (wanted to be like God) that made him fall (The Fall of Angel), and he succeeded making Adam fall (The Fall of Man).”
