Cindy Klassen (born August 12, 1979) is a Canadian long track speed skater and one of the most successful athletes in Canadian Olympic history. She won 6 Olympic medals (1 gold, 2 silver, 3 bronze) across the 2002 Salt Lake City and 2006 Turin Winter Olympics. At the 2006 Turin Games, she won 5 medals, becoming Canada's most decorated athlete at a single Winter Olympics. She also won six World Championships and held world records in multiple events.
