Frances Parkinson Keyes was an American author renowned for her romantic novels and short stories. Born on July 21, 1885, she spent much of her life in New York and New England. Keyes' writing career spanned several decades, and she published over 50 books, including popular romance novels and works of historical fiction. She passed away on July 3, 1970.
