Meredith Rainey-Valmon is an accomplished Olympic athlete, born on October 15, 1968. He achieved significant success in the field of athletics, particularly in long-distance running. Rainey-Valmon won the gold medal in the men's 4x400m relay at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, and continued to represent Jamaica at subsequent Olympics.
