Samir Geagea (born October 25, 1952) is a Lebanese politician and leader of the Lebanese Forces party. He served as commander of the Lebanese Forces militia during the Lebanese Civil War and was imprisoned from 1994 to 2005. After his release, he returned to politics and became one of the most prominent Christian political leaders in Lebanon.
