Anna Lindh (1957-2003) was a prominent Swedish politician and member of the Social Democratic Party. She served as Sweden's Minister for Foreign Affairs from 1998 until her death. Lindh was a leading voice for Swedish EU membership and human rights advocacy. Known for her eloquent speaking style and strong political convictions, she was widely seen as a future Prime Minister.
