Tough men do not have to be emotionless machines. Tough men feel, and tough men cry when challenged with certain situations. Crying is not a gender based emotional weakness but a psychology release mechanism response to pain, grief, stress or when we are overwhelmed by emotions. When we "bottle up" our feelings. This forced emotional silence is heavy and harmful. Though on the surface everything looks calm but it's under currents are felt deep within, It's like carrying a alive volcano inside. When we cannot express pain through tears or any other emotions they may mask it with anger or aggression and our emotional imbalance. Allowing men to cry is not about making them less masculine, it is about allowing them to be fully human. "Tough men" do not have to be emotionless machines. Tough men feel, and Tough men cry when life seems very hard on them. It is important to understand that expressing emotions is a sign of strength, not weakness, contrary to outdated societal pressures and flawed reasoning. So next time if you feel like crying, Cry out loud, don't bottle up emotions and feelings. Remember, Strength isn’t just about what you carry.
