Din punctul de vedere al clasei sociale, majoritatea strămoșilor au fost la origine țărani, dar mulți dintre ei au migrat către orașe în decursul secolului al XIX-lea sau la începutul veacului următor, devenind funcționari, meșteșugari sau comercianți.”
