When two people who really love each other meet, they have nothing to say. They may hold hands and sit silent together. Love gives glimpses of meditation.  Love is a natural jumping board for meditation. So begin with love, and love as deeply as possible. Love as many people as possible, because each person is a unique experience. And love not only people, love animals also because they have a different plane of existence, a different level of consciousness. In this way your life will become more and more enriched. It will produce the perfume of love. And that perfume will start moving into meditation naturally.”
