Graeme Obree, born on September 11, 1965, is a Scottish professional cyclist renowned for his unique riding style and numerous world records, especially in fixed-gear bicycle races. In 1993, Obree won the world championship in fixed-gear cycling, and in 1995, he became the first cyclist to break the 40-second mark in the men's 1-kilometer time trial.
