Ricky Williams (full name Errick Lynne Williams Jr.) is a former American professional football running back, born on May 21, 1977. He played college football at the University of Texas, where he won the Heisman Trophy in 1998. Selected fifth overall by the New Orleans Saints in the 1999 NFL Draft, he later played for the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens.
