Bikram Choudhury, born on February 10, 1946, is a renowned yoga teacher. He founded the Hot Yoga system, which has gained widespread popularity worldwide. Choudhury was born in India and began his yoga practice there. He studied under the Indian yoga master Bishnu Ghosh and eventually became his favorite student.
