وإذا كانت تلك التنمية في المجتمع المسلم غير خاضعة لما جاء في القرءان الكريم أو لما جاء عن النبي ﷺ، فإنه يجب أن يُبْحَثَ هذا الأمر من أصله خارج النظام الإسلامي. فلا يمكن للمسلمين أن يأملوا في نجاحٍ يأتي من اعتمادهم تلك التنمية، مع أن تلك التنمية ليست بالضرورة أن تكون ضد النجاح. وأما إذا كانت أي تنمية تتعارض مع الهَدي القرءاني والتعاليم النبوية الشريفة، فإن تلك التنمية أو ذلك الاستحداث في المجتمع ليس على النهج الإسلامي، وأن ذلك حتمًا يسير في الاتجاه المضاد للنجاح والفلاح. وذلك يعني ببساطة أن المسلمين يقعون في كارثة إذا وافقوا على ذلك الاستحداث أو تلك التنمية أو تبنيهم لها.”
