Anwar Sadat (December 25, 1918 – October 6, 1981) was the third President of Egypt, serving from 1970 until his assassination. He is best known for leading Egypt in the October War of 1973 and for his historic peace initiative with Israel, which earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 1978 alongside Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin. Sadat's policies, including the Camp David Accords and economic liberalization, reshaped Egypt's domestic and foreign affairs. His assassination by Islamist extremists during a military parade marked a tragic end to his transformative but controversial leadership. more

Therefore God must speak to your heart: This is God's Word; otherwise you are undecided.”
