Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah served as the Emir of Kuwait from 1965 until his passing in 2006. Born on May 29, 1926, he succeeded his father, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, on the throne. His reign was marked by significant challenges, including the Iran-Iraq War and the first Gulf War.
