You are not lost.
Even if you have destroyed.
Even if you no longer recognize yourself.
Even if you believe it’s too late.
If you pause now,
if you stop now,
if you find the courage to be human —
then it can begin to heal.
Then it can be good again.
Not through forgetting.
Not through escape.
But through transformation.
Through the choice
to turn darkness into light.
The universe hears you.
It holds everything you were,
are, and could become.
And it does not wait for perfection.
