Weizmann made significant contributions to the field of chemistry, particularly in fermentation research. During his time in the United Kingdom, he was deeply involved in the Zionist movement and became a key leader. After the establishment of Israel in 1948, Weizmann was elected as the first President, serving until his death in 1952. more
