Apolinario Mabini, born on July 22, 1864, and died on May 13, 1903, was a prominent Filipino lawyer, politician, writer, and revolutionary figure, known as the Father of Philippine Democracy. He played a significant role in the Philippine independence movement, serving as the Minister of Justice in the revolutionary government and authoring the 'Freedom Constitution'. more
