“Do you have a family history of psychosis? You shouldn’t be experimenting around with drugs. Do you have a family history of alcohol addiction? You might be predisposed to alcohol addiction, so maybe you don’t mess around as much with alcohol. Do you have a family addiction to gambling? Well, let’s either assume that hereditary doesn’t exist, which is obviously not true because it’s very likely that you look like your parents, or it’s very likely that you have some similar mannerisms to them.”

“Temperature affects behavior. Diet affects behavior. Religion affects behavior. Gender affects behavior. Race affects behavior. Time of day affects behavior. Recent social interactions affect behavior. Weather affects behavior. People doing the same bad things commonly and a single judge, being tired of seeing it over and over, deals out harsher penalties to see if it can make a difference also happens. Everything matters. Yes, literally everything matters.”

“Anyone who has ever changed his or her mind about something was likely not happy to hear someone disagreeing from the start of the conversation. Once we’ve changed our mind about something, we quickly forget how strongly we previously believed the other direction. No one likes to think that they were ever wrong, and likely even less, that they’ll be wrong again sometime soon.”

“Who becomes more fit? The man who fills his days reading books on weightlifting and diet, or the man who reads no such books, but never misses a morning round of pushups, pull-ups and squats? Learning about fitness is not fitness. Learning about dance is not dancing. Learning about success is not success. Unless you are a teacher or author, learning is only as useful as it turns into action.”

“Longevity can be a source of corrective optimism. I recall an occasion early in the George W. Bush presidency when my friend and former physician, Quentin Young, was confronted at a talk by a medical student who lamented that she couldn't imagine being able to win any progressive objectives because the right had been in power all her conscious life. Quentin, who was then about eighty years old, responded that a virtue of having lived as long as he had was that he knew that almost no one, no matter how far left or how optimistic, standing in 1950 would have predicted that the back of the Jim Crow system would be broken within fifteen years. He was correct, and that's a good lesson for us all to keep in mind in this most perilous time in this country and the world.”

“Living a long life is not really the ultimate purpose of human existence. Neither is happiness. It is in aligning to your dharma and duty that you can live the greatest life you are meant to have. Your soul prolongs your life as required. Usefulness, functionality and your highest possible contribution to the bigger whole, with more inclusive purpose, will empower and stretch your life’s continuity.”

Accept Christ and live in the peace and salvation of God our Father in the Name of His Precious Son Jesus Christ.....Read all the Stellah Mupanduki books breathed by the Holy Spirit of a Sovereign God and Written by the Finger of God Almighty for your salvation and peace, protection and breakthroughs, justice, joy, long life, stability and favour of God. Love God our Father in the name that is above every name, love God in that wonderful name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world, and everything will go well with you. “[Long Life] This famous writer has died at 92 And that legend journalist, The darling of authorities and mainstream media, Has died at 95. This pious religious man Has died at 96, And that billionaire, Known for his countless charities and charitable deeds Has died at 96 also… The veteran and shrewd politician, The former president of that country, Has died at 95 as well… And the same questions that dawned on me Ever since I understood the oppression & filthiness Of what the elites, authorities, and those in power are capable of, Begin ringing in my ears once again: Can anyone aware of the ugliness of what is going on live a long life? Is it a coincidence that most people, writers, and artists Who enriched my awareness and world died prematurely Or died, literally or metaphorically, by suicide, assassination, or in prison? Can a shred of awareness fell upon us without defeating the body and the soul Cell by cell and one organ after another causing a premature death? I also wonder have the writers, journalists, religious men, and politicians Who lived long lives enriched truth and justness, Or have they gotten rich at the expense of the above to live long lives up to 92, 93, 94, 95, & 96? And by biggest questions of all: Is there somewhere, in some world, in some place, a dagger of awareness that stabs without the killing the stabbed prematurely? “It is extremely important to find work that the soul in our heart truly wants us to do, not what others expect of us. We need to find the kind of work we will never regret doing but would regret never having done—that kind of work and life. Only then can we live with excitement and passion even in our later years. Passion revives when the energy of your soul fills your heart. Find the work and life that will fill your heart with passion. This is essential in order to be healthier, happier, and more peaceful.”

“In another surprising study published in 2010 in the journal Psychological Science, researchers Ernest Abel and Michael Kruger of Wayne State University examined vintage photos of 230 major league baseball players from the 1952 season, comparing the lifespans of the 184 players who had already died. Of the players’ photos in the baseball cards, 40% showed no smile, 42% showed a partial smile, and 18% had a full smile. Those players who had no smiles lived an average of 72.9 years, while those with partial smiles had a lifespan of 75 years. However, those with big authentic grins lived to be 79.9 years on average, approximately 10% longer than those who did not smile in their photographs. The researchers could not confirm whether any of the players were prompted by the photographer to smile for their photos or if they smiled spontaneously. At the same time, the data seems to suggest that distributed images of smiling people result in a longer, happier life. So smile in your photos!”

“I get the impression that the whole executive life cycle has changed a lot in the last few decades,” I tell him, “and that a lot of people just aren’t prepared, emotionally or any other way.” Hoping to establish my hereditary membership in the executive class, I cite my father, who worked for Gillette for over twenty years and identified so deeply with the firm that no competing products were allowed in the house. Now, however, people seem to be churned out of their companies every three years or so. Ron confirms my impression; an executive today can count on having eight to nine jobs in a lifetime. “You always think the next job will be the last one, but it never is.”

“God is love. God is compassion. When you love a person, a people, an entity, a nation and a continent, there should be mercy in your heart that loves. If these two attributes are missing in your heart, then there is cruelty and all evil and death finds its way. God is life, love and compassionate...When somebody encourages you not to love and receive God in your life and heart, then they do not love you, they want you to be broken. They will be happy in your demise. Love God and be protected in his everlasting healing, cleansing and divine protection. Yeah, says the Lord God Almighty. So make it a habit to read all the Stellah Mupanduki books breathed by the Holy Spirit of a Sovereign God and Written by the Finger of God Almighty for your divine protection, salvation and peace. There is mercy and love in these God-given books for the world and people. Hallelujah.”
