Malcolm Boyd (June 8, 1923 – February 27, 2015) was an American Episcopal priest, author, and civil rights activist. He was a prominent figure in the American civil rights movement and participated in the 1963 March on Washington. As a progressive religious leader, Boyd was one of the earliest clergy members in American religious institutions to publicly support LGBTQ rights, later openly identifying as gay. He authored numerous books on religion, social issues, and spiritual growth.
