“Mind is My Mecca (Sonnet)
Wanna touch God?
Touch a life in pain.
Person becomes holy by
helping another without gain.
The world needs missionaries of love,
missionaries of reason,
not mercenaries of organized religion,
out to harvest convert vegetation.
I was born of dust, I live as flame,
for I choose to be human, not a dead name.
Not lords and ladies, not dukes and dames,
mind stands beacon stripped of cages lame.
Human is the one who asks no one to kneel;
go, walk the earth not to evangelize, but heal.
To be holy is to carry a candle, not sermon;
mind is my mecca, soul is kindness in motion.”

“If you think your life is worth nothing, just zoom out, and you'll realize, in the vastness of space and time, the entire humankind is worth nothing. What's a mere 70-80 years, live it out anyway! Live life to lift up those around, that's the greatest meaning of life you can find.”

“What is Truth (The Sonnet)
There is not one but two truths,
truth of facts and truth of good.
Truth of facts is worth the honor,
when it serves the truth of good.
Truth of facts thrives on logic,
an effective antidote to prejudice.
Where it sucks the sweetness of life,
truth of facts is carrier of malice.
Truth of facts is carrier of logic,
Truth of good is carrier of life.
Often times they cohabit the mind,
sometimes facts only undermine life.
Pride of truth is the good it does,
without which all facts are futile.
Truth of good is truth absolute,
absence of heart makes logic vile.”
