Simple & Effective Science for Self Realization Quotes

“This ‘Dada’ gives two paths. To those who find happiness in the worldly life, he gives the path of dharmadhyan (auspicious contemplation/to give happiness to others). To those who do not find any happiness in the worldly life; he gives the path of shukladhyan (enlightened contemplation).”

“Who is considered as not living in the sansar (worldly life)? The one who does not have the upayog (applied awareness) of the non-Self. ‘I’ (the Gnani Purush) do not live in the worldly life even for one moment. Moksha (liberation) is attained through the one who does not live in worldly life. What can you not attain through the grace of such a person?”

“In scriptures, there is knowledge about the different methods, it does not have the knowledge of the ultimate goal (to experience Pure Soul). Gnani (Enlightened One) has the knowledge of the ultimate goal. Knowledge about the goal, which is the Soul, is obtained as a result of Gnani’s grace.”

“What state ‘we’ (the Gnani Purush and the manifest Lord within him) must have seen? ‘We’ have seen the ownership of the universe. When we see the owner of the universe that what is his ‘business’ that business when it becomes your business, then you will attain that state.”

“However long one travels in the wrong direction in the worldly lie, that much of it is egoism. And as that egoism dissolves, one will experience eternal bliss. The Egoism of Gnani Purush (the enlightened one) is gone, and therefore He constantly experiences eternal bliss. He experiences that bliss even when someone swears at him. That is when you feel, ‘Wow! What kind of bliss this is!”

“How does the Gnani’s (enlightened one’s) antahkaran (the inner component of the mind, intellect, chit and the ego), work?’ If the ‘Self’ (‘I’) moves away, then the ‘Soul’ is separate from the antahkaran. If the Soul becomes separate, then all the worldly activities continue through the antahkaran. After separation, the Gnani’s (enlightened one’s) antahkaran continues to work naturally and spontaneously. Because the meddling stops, therefore the antahkaran’s work is done in the best way possible and only when it is necessary; & becomes beneficial to people.”

“The Gnani’s (enlightened one’s) antahkaran (inner complex of mind, intellect, chit and ego) becomes just like the pure Soul. The chit stops wandering around. The mind, intellect, chit and the ego are constantly present; because of that there is complete awareness, remains vitarag (free from all attachments).”

“What is the state of the antahkaran (inner complex of mind, intellect, chit and ego) of mhts of the Akram path? Meddling has stopped for them, but when effects of the past karmas unfold, they become confused that, ‘these are my effects’. Whereas, when they ask ‘us’, ‘Are they our effects or someone else’s?’ I will tell them, ‘Theses are someone else’s effects.”

“What is the whole world under the control of? Gnanis (enlightened ones) are under the control of the Gnan (absolute knowledge), and the world is under the control of kashayas, meaning anger-pride-deceit-greed. A greedy person is preoccupied in greed kashaya, a proud man in pride kashaya, a deceitful person in deceit kashaya.”

“One who has understood the summary of this world, he has nothing to do (he is free). Otherwise how will he be idle. Even a chartered accountant can get you the summary of books, but who would get you the summary of this world? If ever a Gnani Purush (the enlightened one) is around, he will do that for you. Until one attains the summary (of the world), the world is a puzzle itself.”

“What is a ritual? When an enlightened person (Gnani Purush) is not around, when a leader of the path of Moksha (ultimate liberation) is not around, rituals will prevent one from slipping. It is good action. Ritual is not a wrong thing. But in this time era, the root has not been present. All wrong beliefs have set in.”

“The Soul can be worshipped only after attaining the Soul (Realization of the Self). Worship removes the veils of ignorance (avaran) and one can see more. It all depends on whose worship one is doing. By worshiping the one who has attained the Soul (the enlightened one), namely the Gnani Purush, one can attain the Soul (realize the self).”

“One has to understand the line of demarcation between the Self and the Non-Self from Gnani Purush (the enlightened one). His explanation holds truth in all three times i.e. past, present and future. The light remains the same, even after hundreds of thousands of years.”

“Is there a Parmatma (Absolute Supreme Soul)? There definitely is, and the Parmatma is within you. Why are you searching for it on the outside? But only if someone opens the ‘door’ for us, can we have the vision of the Parmatma, right? This door has been closed shut in such a way that no one can ever open it by himself. Only the Gnani Purush (Enlightened One), who has become free from all bondage, can help others attain the same.”

“Just as one has encountered a nimit (someone instrumental in a process) to bind him, if he encounters a nimit to set him free, he will set him free without fail. He who is free (from worldly bondage) can free others. One such free man exists once in awhile. Moksha (ultimate liberation) is not rare but a bestower of liberation is very rare indeed.”

“The ‘Self’ (Purush) and ‘Relative-Self’ (Prakruti), are two separate things. Self (Purush) is the Pure Soul (Shuddhatma) and ‘Relative-Self’ (prakruti) is ‘pudgal’ (non-Self complex of matter). Pudgal by nature is a complex of input and output; Self (Purush) by nature is Knowledge.”

“The Gnani Purush (the enlightened one) has natural and spontaneous forgiveness (sahaj kshama) even for those worthy of punishment; that forgiveness is naturally there. One does not have to ask for his forgiveness. Where there is natural and spontaneous forgiveness been given, only there people become pure.”
