Neal Barnard is an American physician and nutrition expert. Born in 1953, he graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and earned his medical degree. Dr. Barnard has conducted extensive research in the field of nutrition, particularly on the impact of plant-based diets on health. He has authored numerous books on nutrition and health, and founded the non-profit organization Plant-Based Medicine Center.
